Description
Elevate your active lifestyle with the SPM’s unique benefits: from relieving muscle tension, reducing injury risks, and applying effective pressure point massage for localized pain relief to enhancing connective tissue strength and promoting relaxation.
For active people who participate in intensive exercise or competitions, the SPM offers a unique set of benefits, including:
✓ Sports massage: due to the ability of the SPM to address not only the skin but also deeper lying tissues intensively, a sports massage with the SPM (before or after exercise)
- Relieves tension and pressure in the muscles, thereby reducing the tendency towards possible injury
- May reduce pain
- Helps to drain the lymph and clear blockages
✓ Pressure point massage may be applied effectively to relieve pain and tension locally in problem areas. May help to relieve cramping in specific areas.
✓ Connective tissue strengthening to keep skin strong and supple and to support muscles, facias and joints
- SPM is also effective at reducing blockages, adhesions and tension which may arise around or under scar tissue
✓ The SPM may also be used to enhance the appearance of important body areas, for example for body builders preparing for competition.
✓ Relaxation – a crucial element in the plan for improving overall performance!
