6pm Tuesday is a standard, follow us on Strava for other runs & events.

We rotate between Newlands Forest and somewhere on the Town side of Cape Town. We never run the same route, we like to climb and we are always searching for singletrack. Don’t bring your road tendencies here.

Leaders are all volunteers, having a jol is the main aim after running.
