- An admin fee of R20 will be levied for late entries

- 10km Run / Walk: R85
- 3km Fun Run/Walk: R30

Race Day Information
- MEDALS: Medals will be awarded to all finishers within cut-off times
- PRIZE-GIVING: Scheduled to start at 11h15
- LUCKY DRAWS: Lucky draws will be held
- REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments will be on sale at the event
- WATER:
- Drinking stations shall be provided at 3km intervals or more frequently if weather conditions warrant such provision.
- Water and other suitable refreshments will be available at the start / finish of all races.
- Trail runners must provide their own hydration
- ROUTE: Road race course: in and around Sedgefield. Trail Run loops through Goukamma Nature Reserve and along the beach.
