Mountain biking at its best through pristine Waterberg wilderness on well-built, flowing trails designed to thrill and challenge all levels of riders. Lindani Game & Lodges will once again play host to this year’s 2024 Top of the Waterberg MTB Challenge, where participants will have the opportunity to experience riding Lindani’s wonderful bushveld trails amongst the wildlife. Four stunning routes of differing distances (60km, 35km, 18km, 6km) and difficulty levels have been planned to cater for every level of rider, so bring your family and friends.
What to look forward to:
- Riding on Lindani’s stunning trails through the scenic Waterberg mountain bushveld amongst a diverse array of game species.
- Exciting new routes and trails for this year’s marathon 60km. The 60km route has been re-routed, with some exciting, newly built trails to bypass the infamous ‘Mineshaft’, and which now includes an amazing 5km descent down 3 Amps reverse.
- Great Start/Finish Venue at Motseng village with great vibes and delicious food and beverages available. Bring the whole family.
- Custom Versus socks for all entrants of the full, half and quarter marathon distances.
- Medals for all finishers.
- Prize giving and podium presentation for specific age-distance categories.
- TWO EVENTS, ONE WEEKEND – Top of the Waterberg MTB Challenge and Trail Event combined into a one weekend.
