FOOD & LODGING BOOKINGS:
Tankwa Tented Camp and Zulu Overland have requested our assistance with bookings for tented accommodation and meal packages. The Tankwa Tented Camp will remain the provider of the camp’s facilities.
The Dome tent options (with and without bedding) include the camping fee. The cost of the tent cannot be reduced if you sleep alone. In that case, booking a camping spot and bringing a single-person tent is the best option.
If you selected the Camping option, you must bring your own tent and sleeping gear and camp within the allocated area.
Weekend Meal Pack:
If you order the meal pack, all your meals for the weekend will be catered for and you can focus on your running. An example of the exquisite cuisine that is planned, include:
- Friday evening: Chicken braai with vegetables
- Saturday morning: Full breakfast (Bacon, 2 eggs, fried onions, farm style baked bread, cheese, jams, coffee and tea)
- Saturday afternoon: Lasagna / Pasta dish
- Saturday night: Braai with pap-and-sous (A traditional mealie meal pap served with a chunky tomato sauce made with onion, tomato and spice)
- Sunday morning: Full breakfast (Bacon, 2 eggs, fried onions, farm style baked bread, cheese, jams, coffee and tea)
Please accommodate some deviation from the above based on product availability.
