Terms And Conditions
• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain
damage cancellation.
• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not
pitching up for a race.
• All ages welcome.
**** IMPORTANT PET FRIENDLY ARRANGEMENTS AND RULES ****
Very strict rules will be applied during the weekend, as all dogs will have to be kept on leash at all time due to
all the other animal roaming around at the venue.
There are also Baboons roaming free at the venue and therefore necessitates the on-leash requirement for all
dogs.
Non-adherence to this rule will be subjected to a R1 000 fine and you might be requested to leave the .
establishment without any refunds.
PET FRIENDLY RULES:
– Dogs are welcome on the 6km, 10km routes.
– Please note that it is STRICTLY ON LEASH, due to all the
other animals roaming free on the farm.
– Only dogs taking part in the trail run may be brought to the
venue.
– There won’t be people available to look after your dog while
you are
