Sunday: All Hikers meet at the Nuy Valley Guest House’s campsite at 7:30 – from where we drive to the start of the trail. The hiking route for Sunday morning will take us along the winding Nuy River into the deep valley where recent floods have cleared the river banks. The put and return hike has a total distance of approximately 10km with little elevation but over reasonable technical terrain along the river. Please dress in weather-appropriate hiking clothes with good hiking shoes, drinks and snacks for the halfway stop and Mother’s Day picnic.
We will be back at the parking around 1 pm.
