We have a variety of runs during the week:
Mondays at 18:00 at Helderberg College (and also at 17:00 in winter)
These are all great runs to make friends and connect with likeminded people. Weekend runs are normally organized in smaller groups, so join us and get connected.

1. Sabbath: I understand and respect that there will be no access to Helderberg College from 5pm Friday to sunrise on Sunday*.
2. Alcohol / Smoking: I understand and respect that there will be no alcohol or smoking on the property.
3. I agree to remain on the trails to the right of the main road, as entering the Helderberg College grounds and stay clear of the residential area & college buildings.
4. I agree to buy daily permits for any guests/visitors joining me for a run.
5. Security: All undue activities to be reported to security.
THIS PERMIT IS ONLY VALID FOR RUNNERS/WALKERS. No Cycling allowed.
TO ALL VISITORS ENTERING THE PROPERTY, PLEASE NOTE THAT HELDERBERG COLLEGE AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY ANY VISITOR FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOVEVER. ALL VISITORS ENTERING THESE PREMISIS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
