HEAT CATEGORIES
Elite: These athletes are competing to win prize money, test themselves against the best of the best, attract potential sponsors – All Elite and Age Group athletes will be illegible, if they successfully completed the course.

COMPETITIVE CATEGORIES
Competitive race categories for men and women in Elite (any age) and age groups from under 20 (minimum age 18 on race day) to over 50. Age group is the age you are on December 31st, 2023.
Results and records will be provided for all age groups up to the oldest person.

OPEN QUALIFICATION
Open (non-competitive) waves will be provided, no qualification is required. There are no awards for Open categories. Weekend warriors, novice athletes, first-time racers, and teams are all welcome here.
Kids: is a series of obstacle course races — ranging from 800m to 2km — specifically laid to get your kids (ages 4-12) outside, feeling accomplished and having fun. They’ll run, jump and crush their way through obstacles, just like the adults.

WHAT TO BRING
Towel & extra (dry) clothes – you will need it
Cash (It will make paying for food/drinks/etc. much easier.)
What not to bring:
Outside food and drink (racers, fuel for the race is OK)
Pets (without ID ;)) it is a pet friendly trail though!

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress in performance gear (not cotton). Think compression bottoms and breathable tops made from water wicking material. Wear comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but beware, they are going to get dirty. Contact our Race partner for custom made race apparel @sweatgearofficial ?‍♂️?

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your race number, and get warmed up.

Registration opens at 6:30 am

7km OCR starts at 7:45 am
