Alpasfit began in 2016 with just one athlete, and has since grown into the Coaching Academy it is today.

We coach trail running, road running and multi-sport. We are a team of 4 coaches, passionate about training and racing ourselves, we’re certain you’ll find your fit at Alpasfit. We’ve found that through running, we create hope, help people reach their goals and your life starts to change forever! We’re a global community of runners, from recreational to elite, we are all working towards being our best.

We offer Add On Options for runners who would like a personalised coaching experience, tailored to their specific needs and goals.

*Please note that international rates apply to athletes outside of South Africa.
*For the coaching add on, our initial setup fee is R600: this includes your setup call, fitness analysis and sports background.
This is a once off fee that is part of your first invoice only.
