Hout Bay Trail Challenge

he Hout Bay Trail Challenge is one of the oldest and toughest trail runs in South Africa. It tests you in every way, from your fitness, endurance and technique to your strength allowing you to cross the finish line.

There are only 250 entries for the Hout Bay Trail Challenge and participants will need to register online when entries open. You will be able to pay with a credit card, debit card or make an EFT payment. Entries will close on Wednesday 17th July 2024 or once we have reached our limit.

• Individual (40km) – R1300
• Team (3 x members) – R1650 (R550 per team member)
• Volunteer Wildfire Services Charity is R2000.00 (individual entry – 40km)

Should the event been cancelled for inclement weather, economic or any other external forces that are out of the Event Managements control, the organiser may decide to:

• Change the course to a safer alternative course
• Postpone the event if possible
• Cancel the event completely.

This decision will only be made in the interest of participants safety.
