DISTANCE & ENTRY FEE:

PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT’S ENTRY FEE IS MORE THAN OUR NORMAL PRICES DUE TO GATE FEES THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR RUNNERS/WALKERS
ONLINE ENTRY FEE:  2KM (R80) | 5KM (R120) | 10KM (R140) | 15KM (R160)
ON-THE-DAY ENTRY:  An additional amount of R30 will be added
KIDS UNDER 13YRS & ADULTS OVER 60YRS:  Only pay R80 (no additional charge for on-the-day entry)
GROENKLOOF NATURE RESERVE ENTRANCE FEE:

Please note: If you have not entered for the race and is only coming along as a spectator, you will have to pay an entrance fee at the gate of R55 per person.
VENUE:

Groenkloof Nature Reserve, Christina De Wit Avenue (Fonteins Circle), Groenkloof, Pretoria

At the gate you need to indicate you are coming to the Trail Run which will be hosted at the Lapa within the Groenkloof Nature Reserve.

NOTES:

Pet friendly:  NO

Start Time:
• Group Start Registration: 06h20 – 06h55
• Group Start for all distances @ 07h00
• The 3km, 5km and 10km distances can still register and start anytime between 07h00 – 08h00

For long distance e.g. 15km and 21km the latest time allowed to start is 7am.  Only 10km, 5km  and 2km will be allowed to start after 7am. And all distances needs to be finished by 10am.

Gate Entrance Fee | Market Routes | Water Tables | Finisher Medal | Parking | Vitality Points

Medals:
All runners that completed their run/walk will receive a medal.

Amenities Available At The Restaurant:
Snacks and drinks vendor available at the venue.

ROUTE INFORMATION:

Walking / Hiking is allowed on all distances as long as you finished by the cut-off time of 10h00.
Water tables will be available on all routes

MAKE A DIFFERENCE CAMPAIGN:

You now have the option of taking your medal at the end of the race or to donate the cost of the medal to the Make a Difference Campaign by placing your medal in the campaign box.  You can also add any additional donation you want to make to the campaign in the box. The cost of these donated medals and any additional donations received will then be put towards the Make a Difference Campaign fund raiser.

At the end of the year, the total amount saved will be donated to a worthy animal shelter to help make a difference in the lives of these special pets.

• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation.

• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.
• No license is necessary to take part in run/walk.
• Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day.
• All ages welcome.
